Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the delivery of a proactive recruitment service, becoming an integral part of the Business Line success
• Ensure work is undertaken to identify and pipeline calibre to support future business needs
• Seek and monitor hiring approvals and support workforce planning to enable proactive recruitment
• Identify synergies and proactively work in partnership with peers and team
• Ensure a compliant and efficient resourcing service in line HSBC metrics
• Accountable for sourcing and assessment process to ensure fair selection, compliance with current legislation, brand values and ethical search practices, and HSBC continue to recruit a diverse population into all business areas
• Ensure an effective and compliant on boarding experience, including contract production and pre-employment vetting

 

Requirements :

1. University degree in human resources, business, related field or equivalent experience, along with a passion for human resourcing
