Productivity Professional - APACToa Payoh (Central)

Responsibilities :
  • Develop, Plan and Conduct IT Training courses (online and classroom training) in the right language
  • Enable & support IT users in using the supplied services in the most effective way.
  • Collect regional and local demand requests and consolidate on global level
  • Provide consultancy and advice on IT services on request
  • Executive Management event support (Webcasts)
Requirement :
  1. Bachelor degree or higher education
  2. Strong communication skills (written and verbally)
  3. Pro-active, independent and flexible with good consultancy skills
  4. At least 3 years of experience with providing training and creating learning materials for adults
  5. Fluent in English language
  6. Experiences with supporting Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools.
  7. Strong ability to understand and translate IT knowledge and tools into user experience and best practices
  8. Preferably ITIL v3 and Prince2 certified
