Productivity Professional - APACToa Payoh (Central) Responsibilities :
- Develop, Plan and Conduct IT Training courses (online and classroom training) in the right language
- Enable & support IT users in using the supplied services in the most effective way.
- Collect regional and local demand requests and consolidate on global level
- Provide consultancy and advice on IT services on request
- Executive Management event support (Webcasts)
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree or higher education
- Strong communication skills (written and verbally)
- Pro-active, independent and flexible with good consultancy skills
- At least 3 years of experience with providing training and creating learning materials for adults
- Fluent in English language
- Experiences with supporting Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools.
- Strong ability to understand and translate IT knowledge and tools into user experience and best practices
- Preferably ITIL v3 and Prince2 certified
